One Night Job
This is a student project made with Margo Lopez, Quentin Garaud, Lydia Joubert and Chloé Kulovac. We had 3 months to do the entire short, from the script until the editing, containing 6 weeks of full 3D production. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time to polish (for ex. the cfx..) and correct all the last bugs, but it was our first time doing the entire pipeline by ourselves, we've learned a lot and really loved working on this project !
The instructions were to use an audio from a film, a video game, or advertising, whatever, with two characters speaking, less than 20 seconds. And then we had to create a new story, according to the audio voices, in a totally new environment with new characters and animate them. Here, we took a dialog from The Hateful Eight to tansform it into an affair between a Santa's elf and Mother Christmas...
I worked on environment modeling & texturing, elf's grooming, cloth modeling & texturing, lighting, compositing and FX (fire and glitters explosion) .

Margo made the master lighting of the entire short whereas I had to do the master compositing.
Here is one of the parts I made on the environment, I had to model and texture all the structure's room.
